Neo: sidebar card keeps its side margin from lg, where the wiki column starts (#5897)

The default conductor.sidebar_inner_container had xl:mx-4, sized for the
conductor's left column, which shows from xl. The wiki (Docs) column, on the
same setting since #5896, shows from lg, so between lg and xl the card ran to
the panel edges and the panel clipped its outline shadow. mx-4 applies
wherever the column shows; conductor pages don't change.
